CHAT MOD

Postby tapacompris » 10 Apr 2013, 16:29

I was wondering how was it possible to include some "modifier" in my speaking macro

exemple of what i need:
/say [mod:alt] I'm a gladiator
/say [mod:shift] I'm bad
/say [nomod] u are gay

the fact that those [mod] are after the "say" makes problem, i was wondering if it wasn't possible to do something like

/run [mod:alt] "script to say:im a gladiator"
...

Try fiddling with stopmacro

/stopmacro [mod:alt]
/say something that shows up when alt is NOT pressed

can be [mod:alt], or [mod:alt/shift], or [nomod]. Obviously you can add ctrl in there to.

#showtooltip
/stopattack
/cast [mod:alt,target=focus] Cyclone
/cast [mod:shift,@mouseover] Cyclone
/cast [nomod] Cyclone
/p CYCLON %f
/stopmacro [mod:alt]
/p CYCLON %t

the problem is that if i want to cyclon my target it will say the 2 messages

You should work with this :
print(SecureCmdOptionParse("[mod:alt] Alt is down; Alt is not down"));

So you will get something like this :
/stopattack
/cast [nomod, @target] Cyclone
/cast [mod:alt,@focus] Cyclone
/cast [mod:shift,@mouseover] Cyclone
print(SecureCmdOptionParse("[mod:alt] Cyclone %f; Cyclone %t"));

I didn't try it, but it should do the work x)
