Rules

These are the rules for Arena-tournament.

Hacking:
Using hacks of any kind will result in a permanent ban.

Socializing:
English is the only language allowed in the LFG channel. Breaking this rule will lead to a mute.
Spamming is not allowed and will lead to a mute.
Foul language, flaming or any other disrespectful behaviour towards other players might lead to a mute.
Continuous spamming of another player, insulting or disturbing him or her on purpose can get you muted.

Game Masters:
Any disrespectful language towards a GM might lead to mute or a ban.
Whispering a GM without your ticket being handled might lead to a mute or a ban. Please wait for the GM to whisper you first.
Flaming or disrespecting GMs in any of the channels could lead to a mute or a ban.

Tickets:
Tickets are the only supported way of receiving in-game support. Please do not whisper a GM without being whispered first. Make sure you describe the problem in the ticket. Tickets such as "Hi GM I have a problem whisper me please" will be deleted.
Tickets should only be written in English or else they will be deleted.
Do not spam tickets; it may lead to a mute or a ban.

VIP's:
Abusing VIP commands in PvP might lead to a permanent account closure.
Getting non-VIP players to VIP Island might lead to a permanent account closure.
Appearing a GM when you were asked not to might lead to an account closure.
 
VIP Island:
Being on the VIP Island as a non-VIP player will lead to a 3 day ban.

 
Donating:
Trying to scam a GM by using fake donation information will lead to a permanent ban.
After completing a donation make sure you create a ticket with your real name, your PayPal e-mail and your Transaction ID/Receipt ID and write down the amount that you have donated.
 
Accounts:
Account Trading, Selling or Buying of any sort is not allowed and will lead to account closure.
We do not change e-mail under which your account is registered.
We highly recommend you do not share your Account Information with anyone since it compromises your Account Security.
 
Arenas:
Double Healer setups in 2v2 Rated Arena are not allowed and could lead to a ban. Example: Resto druid/ Discipline priest.
Triple Healer setups in 3v3 Rated Arena are not allowed and could lead to a ban. Example: Resto druid/ Discipline priest/ Holy paladin.
 
 Restores:
We do not restore items that cost Arena Points, so choose wisely when you’re making a purchase.
We reserve the right not to restore any item or title with or without a screenshot.

The above rules are a subject to change and we reserve the right to do so when we see fit.
